My Story

There was a time in my life when I felt disconnected from myself.
Like many of the clients I work with today, I found myself navigating significant life transitions, uncertainty, grief, and the challenge of rebuilding after experiences that changed me.
There were moments when I could not see the end of my suffering. Yet through hope, support, inner work, emotional integration, and acceptance, I slowly began to see the light again.
What I discovered was that healing is not about becoming someone new.
It is about returning to yourself. It is about reconnecting with the inner light that has always been there, even when life has made it difficult to see.
My own path taught me that even in life’s most challenging seasons, healing and growth remain possible. Through experiences that invited me to rebuild, rediscover, and reconnect with who I truly am, I learned the importance of safety, compassion, and inner resilience.
Through my own journey of personal growth, healing, and professional training, I came to understand the profound connection between the subconscious mind, emotional wellbeing, and the nervous system.
Today, it is an honor to support others as they reconnect with their own inner strength, wisdom, and innate capacity for growth, integration, and transformation.
When I’m not working with clients, I recharge through yoga, long walks on the beach, and simply being near the ocean. That is where I feel most connected to my soul.
The rhythm of the waves reminds me that emotions are like the sea—sometimes calm, sometimes powerful, sometimes relentless, sometimes still. No matter how they appear on the surface, there is always peace and silence beneath. That is where I return to myself.
Born and raised in Brazil, I learned the value of deep family bonds and genuine human connection from a young age. I moved to the United States when I was 21, carrying those roots with me.
I am a mother of two wonderful human beings, and our home is filled with pets. Animals have always been part of our family—they remind us daily about presence, patience, and unconditional love.
I love laughing with my children, whether we are cooking together, walking in nature, or simply driving between their busy activities. These small, ordinary moments ground me and remind me that healing does not only happen in sessions. It happens in the way we live, connect, and come back to ourselves every day.
